An apostrophe challenge for upper KS2.
Children work in groups and take it in turns to pick a card. Each card has a sentence that needs proofreading and correcting. The children make the correction and then ask their peers to check if it is correct.
A final challenge asks the group to sort the sentences into possession, contraction or both.
