Three quick sentence work activities on a Harry Potter theme! After revising the features of a sentence, children look at short, unpunctuated extracts from the Harry Potter books and decide whether they are full sentences. They then add sentence punctuation as required. Finally, they unscramble sentences into the right word order and punctuate them correctly.
This makes a super starter activity for Y3 and Y4.
