A template and instructions (with photographs) for making an Iron Age roundhouse out of thin card or paper. Enlarge the template to A3 for best results. Children can decorate the roofs of their paper roundhouses with straw or hay to make them appear thatched, and then group their houses with toy animals to make a Celtic settlement.
