Sea monsters – poetry comprehension

Based on an extract from 'The Welsh Incident' by Robert Graves, this lovely comprehension task asks children to read a poem and answer questions that practise both information retrieval skills and inference and deduction. Children are also asked to sketch their impressions of the 'monsters'.
