How to be a literary detective
A resource encouraging students to infer and deduce key information from Helen Stoners's account of when her sister died. Students are given a copy of the account and they are tasked with indentifying the clues she has given and the deducing why this might be important to the story. The resource also provides advice on how to pull out key information from texts and how to explain why it might be important.
