The language of ratio
This fantastic resource is designed to promote literacy in maths and consists of a collection of ratio problems to sort into categories and then complete. The categories are:
- create/simplify a ratio
- use a ratio to find one quantity when others are known
- divide quantities in a given ratio
It will allow students to better understand the vocabulary in each type of question and give them access to the maths content, helping to close the word gap.
