Creating light for the Winter Solstice

A range of science challenges to mark the Winter Solstice based on building a light circuit. Encourages children to familiarise themselves with the standard symbols for components in an electrical circuit. Requires children to use circuit building equipment (wires, bulbs, batteries, etc) to complete challenges. Includes a challenge for children to design their own circuit along with teaching notes and answers.
