Les Minions: bande-annonce
This listening resource is based on the French trailer for the Minions film. The activities are scaffolded to make the authentic clip more accessible, with a starter and a key word task. A gap fill and some extension translation questions are included.
The worksheet is designed to be used alongside the PowerPoint, with some differentiation and extension options built in. The link to the trailer on YouTube is provided in the teaching notes and the clip lasts about two minutes and 30 seconds.

Review this resourcePoorly done. The lack of introductory activities to familiarise the students with at least some of the language in the video is disappointing. All you want the students to do is to write down the words, and then do a gap fill. Gap fills are so old fashioned...sorry

I'm sorry you're disappointed with this resource which is designed to help students develop their listening skills by picking out different words and phrases (hence the gap fill activity). If you download the Word doc and the PowerPoint you'll find a number of activities, including a translation task.
