This is a fantastic resource for KS3 students to help them to visualise the rise and fall of the British Empire. They use versatile cards to understand colonisation and decolonisation and change over time. There is also a supporting map activity and teacher notes with suggested activities.

There is an error in this activity. Rhodesia wasn't at war with Britain until 1980, there was a war between the white minority led government and black led movements grouped as the Patriotic Front.
