How secure is your rounding?

A versatile whole-class activity on rounding. Give students a number, that they write in the centre of their sheet, and they need to round using a range of different degrees of accuracy, using both decimal places and significant figures.

Teachers can select the numbers based on their knowledge of what will stretch your students, or they can challenge each other. This resource will be useful for KS3 and KS4.
