This personal review writing activity for key stage 1 is a fantastic English/PSHE resource for the end of the year. Children are asked a series of questions about the academic year that’s ending and a series of questions about what they expect from next year. Reflections include those about their achievements, their favourite moments and the things they need to work on.

This editable template could also be used as a prompt for conversation with children in the Early Years.
