Nigeria and the wider world: trade

This resource focuses on the changing political and trading relationships with the wider world for an LIC or NEE, in this case Nigeria. Students create an annotated timeline to show Nigeria's political and economic connections to the wider world. They then complete a number of graphical skills tasks to show Nigeria's trade links, looking at patterns in both imports and exports. 

Teaching notes offering guidance and suggested answers are included, along with an exam-style questions and mark scheme to assess students knowlege and understanding.
