Nigeria - a newly emerging economy

This resource looks at how Nigeria has become a newly emerging economy. Students complete a geography skills task creating a graph showing economic growth. They should then try to explain this with reference to the multiplier effect and the Asian Tigers model of development.

There are a number of different tasks, including a graphical skills activity, model annotation and a living graph activity. Teaching notes with answers are also included.
